I. Required Documents for Business/F visa
1. Passport with valid visa;
Foreigners must get this form within 24hrs after arrival in the place of residence. Foreigners should get a new Registration form of temporary residence after every entry to China and every change of residence.

Foreigner with company whose registered capital is less than 3 million RMB can apply for one-month F visa.
Foreigner with company whose registered capital is higher than 3 million RMB can apply for 3-month F visa.
Foreigner with company whose registered capital is higher than 30 million USD can apply for 6-month F visa.
II. Time needed：5-10 Working Days.

② The 3-to-6 months starts from the day we receive your documents.
③ If you are holding an F (Business) visa now, your stay in China, at longest, is ONE year since the date of your last entry. The one year starts at the day of your last entry. For example, your visa’s expire day is March 1st, 2007 and your last entry is Jan 1st, 2007. Then your 1-year stay in China expires on Jan 1st, 2008 instead of March 1st, 2008.
